Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details if applicable.

3. Restricted or Excluded Postcodes
 

We can send parcels throughout the United Kingdom using our trusted courier services — excluding the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the following postcode areas:

DG8, FK21, GY, HS, IM, IV21–56, JE, KA27, KW1–8, KW10–17, LD6, LL35–37, LL44–45, LL51–53, PA20–80, PH17–50, PO30–41, SA42, SA48, SY18–19, SY23–25, TR21–25, ZE

If your shipping address falls within one of these areas, your order may be cancelled and refunded. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
 

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days* of dispatch, please contact us at hello@via-albion.co.uk. We’ll investigate with our delivery partner and do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or certain remote postcode areas due to courier restrictions. Please refer to Section 3 for the list of excluded postcodes.
