1. Your Right to Cancel

 

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

(For example: if your order arrives on the 1st, you have until the 15th to let us know you want to return it.)

To be eligible for a return:

    •    The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
    •    You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
    •    Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us

 

2. How to Request a Return

 

To start a return, please email us at hello@via-albion.co.uk with the following:

    •    Your full name
    •    Order number
    •    Reason for return

We will confirm the return address and instructions.

 

 

3. Return Shipping
 

    •    You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty or sent in error
    •    We recommend using a tracked delivery service
    •    We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit

4. Refunds
 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

 

If approved:

​

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note: “Business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. Items Not Eligible for Refund
 

We cannot offer refunds for:

​

    •    Items returned after the 14-day period

    •    Used, damaged, or incomplete items

    •    Items not returned in original packaging

    •    Certain items where hygiene or safety is an issue

          (e.g. opened protective equipment or wearable products)

6. Exchanges
 

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
